Overall the staff was excellent. Location: the hotel was right by the beach, shopping and restaurangs, many restaurants and cafes, and the pedestrian street. There were lots of restaurants to eat, like Kohinoor that was only 5 minutes' walk away.

The rooms at this newly built hotel are modern. the location is excellent, making it convenient to explore Cala Millor. - the vicinity is close to a beautiful beach, as well as various restaurants, cafes, and grocery stores.

We ordered this hotel 6 months before our honeymoon. At that moment it was a 4 stars hotel, but when only a few months was left to our holiday, we got a notice that it was degraded to 3 stars. We ordered a double room of 30 square meters, but it was really small, only a double bed and some space to walk from both sides. Terrace was big enough, but without any furniture and with unattractive inner yard view. At the very first night, just lie down, one of the bed legs broke down. Complained at the reception, but they couldn’t help us, just said very disrespectfully, that ‘it’s not their problem’ and they are going to fix it in the morning. We asked the reception guy to come with us to the room and explain how should we sleep on the broken, one corner down to the floor bed. So he came, took the bedside table, flipped it and put it under the bed instead of the broken leg. He said ‘it’s the only solution for tonight’. We were shocked. The next morning they fixed the broken bed leg, but it broke down again and a one more leg after few days. So we had two broken bed legs! It was the same situation, nobody deign to fix it on the same day and not even apologized. So we had to continue our honeymoon sleeping on the mattress, put on the floor. We took the basement of the bed with two broken legs to the corridor (there was no space in the room) by ourselves. Additionally, the room service was terrible, bed-clothes hadn’t been changing during the stay. Two bulbs were not lightning, we complained, they changed only one. Only German programs on the TV. NO WIFI. The medicine smell inside the hotel. Very impolite hotel staff. Only German pensioners are staying there. Breakfast served at the other hotel in 100 meters distance, menu invariable, mainly sausages and eggs, no vegetables.

The rooms were quite small and the toilet was also tiny, which may not be ideal for some guests. The air conditioner in the room didn't work very well, making it a bit uncomfortable during warmer days.

Wir waren begeistert von der zentralen Lage des Hotels. Direkt im Stadtzentrum gelegen, konnten wir die Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt bequem zu Fuß erreichen. Unser Zimmer war wunderschön eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Das Personal war außerdem super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstücksbuffet ließ keine Wünsche offen, mit einer großen Auswahl an Speisen und Getränken. Alles in allem war unser Aufenthalt im Hotel sehr angenehm und wir würden gerne wiederkommen.

We stayed at Hotel Santa Maria Playa for a week and it was perfect! The location was amazing, just a 3-minute walk to the beach and pool, which was small but nice. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast had a great variety of options. The rooms were clean and simple, and the hotel overall was immaculate. We also appreciated the option to eat our own food by the pool. We loved our stay and will definitely return.

This hotel is a great value for money. The prices are affordable and the attention to detail is impressive. The staff is extremely friendly and the service is top-notch. The basic amenities in the rooms are modern and kept spotlessly clean. The air conditioning works perfectly and the TV provides entertainment during downtime. One of the best features is the delicious breakfast with many options to choose from.

All was fine and there was nothing that could be improved.
